In addition to weekly meetings of several fraternal and civic organizations, and many football, baseball, and bowling leagues, Windsor, collectively holds five annual events.
There are Easter festivities at Farrington Park with a parade downtown. Activities include children's contests and an Easter egg hunt.
There is the WACO Rodeo every June. Held the last Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in June, the Rodeo is sanctioned with Plenty of Action, and, of course, a parade on Saturday.
There is the Independence Day Celebration at Farrington Park. Beginning with the Flag Raising at 8:30 am, there are things to see or do all day long closing with a Spectacular Fireworks Display right on the lake.
Septemberfest is held over the Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of Labor Day Weekend, with several live concerts, a carnival, arts and crafts shows, a sanctioned BBQ contest, a talent show, tractor show, and tractor pull.
Moonlight Madness is held the Saturday after Thanksgiving. All the downtown shops close a little early to re-open later in the evening for annual sales. There are also a great many give-a-ways, and, after dark, Santa comes in during the Lighted Christmas Parade to turn on the lights decorating downtown and the Town Christmas Tree.
