It is the goal of Windsor's Hometown Initiative Promoting Prosperity in Town (WHIPPIT Committee) to encourage folks to come to town for a short time, for a long time, or for a lifetime.
Our main road to this goal will be to highlight all the good things that our town, its many people and civic groups have to offer.
